Read carefully the following points before you continue.

• The Congress will not refunded any cancellation received.

• Cancellations received before September 17th, 2010, could be replaced by attendees from the same organization and country. Cancellations received after September 17th, without replacement for other attendees, will not be refunded.

• All cancellations must be send by writing to the Congress Secretariat to the e-mail secretariat@5icege.cl

Credit Card Payment: The fee related to the category will be charged on Interational Credit Cards in Dollars. For Nacional Credit Cards the fee will be charged in Chilean Pesos. Once the fee has been charged, you will receive a confirmation letter of your registration to the Congress.

Bank Transference Payment: This option is valid only for transference in Dollar currency. To facilitate tracking of your payment you must write your name in the transfer form. Please be aware that the participant is responsable for any bank charges incurred in preparing the bank transference. The Congress Secretariat must receive the complete payment for the full amount of the category.
